About the Company

Freehouse Capital Partners is an investor and developer of industrial and mixed-use real estate primarily in the Intermountain West with additional real estate and business interests in various markets, including Texas and the Austin area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real estate development projects alongside external project managers
• Maintain comprehensive project schedules and ensure timely milestone completion
• Facilitate communication between external project teams and internal stakeholders
• Leverage project management tools including Asana to track progress
• Oversee and optimize recurring operational processes across the organization
• Ensure organizational documentation and policies remain current
• Lead special projects and complex cross-functional initiatives
• Manage document workflows requiring multiple stakeholder approvals

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in business operations or project management
• Direct experience in construction and real estate development
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex projects to completion
• Advanced digital fluency with tools like Asana, Notion, and ChatGPT
• Strong financial literacy and understanding of business operations
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in startup or mid-sized company environments
• Experience navigating legal and financial environments
