Project Manager for Social Media Interviews

Responsibilities

• Acquire and independently build strategic partnerships for social media, seminars, and events
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen Dirk Kreuter's professional network
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to foster repeated partnerships and brand support
• Deepen and reactivate existing contacts through personal interaction and targeted communication strategies
• Research potential speakers, podcasters, YouTubers, and influencers
• Lead negotiations to acquire new cooperation partners
• Establish contact via Zoom, telephone, email, and social media, ensuring consistent follow-up

Requirements

• Existing network within the social media and podcasting landscape
• Proven track record of success in partner acquisition
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Professional demeanor and high social competence when dealing with internal and external contacts
• Hands-on mentality with a structured and independent working style
• High level of flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive personality with strong initiative and rhetorical skills
