About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead IT/OT infrastructure workstreams for a pharmaceutical merger, acquisition, and divestiture project
- Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and commitments
- Facilitate frequent workshops and planning sessions with stakeholders
- Communicate progress and risks to executive-level representatives and key stakeholders
- Oversee data disposition, storage, and hosting transitions (cloud and on-prem)
- Manage Transition Services Agreements (TSA) and change control processes
- Coordinate network, security, lab, building management, and AV system separations
Requirements
- Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written
- Must be currently based in Canada with legal authorization to work
- Strong background in IT and OT network infrastructure
- Familiarity with laboratory systems, equipment, and applications
- Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Ability to read floor and as-built maps and plans
- Experience with building management, security, badge, and camera systems
- Understanding of data disposition, cloud, and on-premises storage/hosting
- Knowledge of IP telephony, AV, and digital signage systems
- Experience with change control, risk assessments, and TSA management
- Understanding of GSK branding requirements
