Project Manager for boiler systems (HRSG)

Responsibilities

• Manage design, quality, and schedule for boiler systems (HRSG) during both proposal and execution phases
• Evaluate customer requirements, technical specifications, and contractual documents
• Prepare technical inquiry documentation and request-for-quotation (RFQ) packages for suppliers
• Analyze and compare supplier offers and support contract negotiations
• Coordinate system interfaces across engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration
• Monitor contractor performance regarding schedule, quality, and design reviews
• Review component designs and support the integration of boiler systems into overall power plant concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering
• Proven experience within the power plant industry
• Deep understanding of materials, welding, mechanical design, and relevant industry codes and standards
• Experience in engineering, contractor management, or international project execution
• Knowledge of EPC business models and/or boiler suppliers
• Fluent English language skills and strong intercultural competence
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel internationally
