Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to implementation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure delivery within agreed scope, time, budget, and quality criteria.
• Lead and motivate distributed, virtual project teams across multiple geographic locations.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders and external customers.
• Coordinate with internal directorates and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and operational readiness.
• Provide accurate project status and financial reporting to both internal leadership and external clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally with investment, wealth, or pensions products.
• Significant experience leading business-critical projects, specifically software implementations.
• Strong background in management or technology consultancy with experience in client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at the executive level.
• First class honours degree, Master's, MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the regulatory environment relevant to wealth management and financial services.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and external contracts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
