Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of complex expansion and infrastructure projects across Mexico.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, and Real Estate.
• Maintain detailed project trackers, risk registers, and dashboards to ensure full visibility and control.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks to prevent impacts on timelines or delivery.
• Prepare and lead project status meetings, capturing decisions and ensuring stakeholder follow-through.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, both internally and externally.
• Mentor Junior Project Managers and support the continuous improvement of PM methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically within infrastructure, construction, real estate, or expansion projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and project management tools such as MS Project.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and structured execution.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI certification or formal project management training.
• Experience working in fast-growth or international environments.
