Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent BAU, change, and transformation programmes from initiation through closure
• Lead large-scale card issuing data migration programmes, including strategy, rehearsals, cutovers, and rollback planning
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery approaches, such as automated status reporting and predictive risk analysis
• Act as the primary delivery interface for strategic clients, leading governance forums and executive status reviews
• Orchestrate delivery across global, onshore, and offshore teams, including Product, Technology, and Compliance
• Proactively identify and manage delivery, regulatory, operational, and migration-specific risks
• Track budgets, resource utilization, and commercial exposure using AI-driven analysis to improve forecasting accuracy

Requirements

• 15–20 years of experience in project or programme management within payments, card processing, or financial services technology
• Proven track record in credit card issuing and managing large-scale data migration programmes
• Practical experience using AI and automation to streamline delivery, governance, and reporting
• Experience working with regulated clients in the Middle East and/or Africa
• Strong understanding of card issuing platforms, data flows, and migration risks
