Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute fire protection projects according to contract obligations
• Build and inspire the installer team, coordinating resources and activities
• Communicate with customers to strengthen relationships through regular dialogue
• Develop and follow up on project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Evaluate project results and implement necessary quality improvement measures
• Ensure all projects comply with current fire protection laws and regulations

Requirements

• Relevant experience from construction or similar industries
• Experience as a project manager, site manager, or foreman
• Understanding of economics, including budgets, bidding, and cost tracking
• Ability to motivate teams
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
• Driver's license (Class B)

• Knowledge of industry standards and fire protection regulations
