Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute fire protection projects in accordance with contract obligations
• Build and inspire the technician team, coordinating resources and activities
• Communicate with customers and strengthen relationships through regular dialogue
• Develop and follow up on project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Evaluate project results and initiate necessary quality improvement measures
• Ensure all projects comply with current fire protection laws and regulations

Requirements

• Relevant experience from construction and civil engineering
• Experience as a project manager, site manager, or foreman
• Understanding of economics, including budgets, bidding, and cost tracking
• Ability to motivate teams
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
• Driver's license class B

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for fire protection
