Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Plan and track project backlog to ensure alignment with overall project goals
• Develop implementation plans, including detailed timelines and milestones
• Facilitate and lead scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Oversee the delivery of project components to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
• Manage release schedules and coordinate with development teams for smooth deployments
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project progress and status
• Apply agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager
• Experience delivering complex technical projects in Cloud, Data, or AI environments
• Practical knowledge of ETL processes and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub and Jenkins
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
