Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project planning and execution for heavy-highway and heavy-civil projects
• Utilize Oracle P6 for scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
• Manage project budgeting and financial optimization using Excel and Viewpoint Vista ERP
• Oversee project documentation, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Use AutoCAD or MicroStation for design verification and quality assurance
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and government agencies
• Identify and mitigate project risks through comprehensive management plans
• Mentor and develop project teams to promote a culture of excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of project management experience in heavy-highway or heavy-civil construction
• Proficiency in Oracle P6, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI), and AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex projects
• Ability to navigate construction site environments and travel to project locations
