Project Manager (Facilities)

Responsibilities

• Manage medium complexity facilities projects from initiation through transfer
• Establish project schedules, financial parameters, and technical requirements
• Communicate customer requirements, specifications, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, engineers, and consultants
• Identify problem areas, assess causes, and provide technical direction to resolve issues
• Develop status reports including project financials to ensure cost control and customer requirement fulfillment
• Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and deliverables
• Conduct technical presentations regarding project schedules and status
• Interact with customers, vendors, and management levels to ensure project success

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of related technical project management experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting
