Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of Oil & Gas and Energy buildings and infrastructure projects
• Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications
• Manage day-to-day operations, including subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues
• Review contracts and identify variations, claims, risks, and opportunities
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company standards
• Prepare and present project reports and commercial assessments to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction or project management
• Proven experience in buildings and infrastructure projects within the Oil & Gas or Energy sectors
• Mandatory GCC experience, with a strong preference for experience in Qatar
• Strong technical, commercial, and contractual knowledge
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
