Project Manager - Experience Design

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of experience design projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative solutions
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure alignment between design outputs and client expectations
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management within user experience or design projects
• Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
