Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously
• Evaluate technical feasibility and project constraints
• Verify work compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Support sales representatives with technical expertise for complex projects
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and necessary resources
• Prepare orders and launch production for required products
• Follow up with suppliers
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on job sites
• Perform technical measurements on-site to ensure information accuracy
• Propose solutions to unforeseen issues and coordinate necessary adjustments

Requirements

• DEC in architecture, civil engineering, construction, or building technology
• Knowledge of the construction industry or custom technical projects
• Understanding of project management methods
• Skills in planning, cost control, and organization
• Ability to read plans and work with AutoCAD
• Mandatory ASP Construction card
• Valid driver's license
