Project Manager Events

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events, including budget and cost control support
• Independently manage specific project phases throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial concept to final reporting
• Execute small to medium-sized events autonomously
• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and service providers in collaboration with senior project leads
• Support the coordination and development of project teams to ensure efficient workflows
• Collaborate with the Brand Team to develop innovative event concepts and unique customer experiences
• Maintain high quality standards and excellent service levels within assigned project areas
• Participate in proactive risk and resource management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or a comparable field
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in planning and executing large-scale events, preferably within an event agency
• Strong organizational skills, stress resistance, and ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured, proactive way of working
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with event management software and modern communication tools is an advantage
• Passion for new ideas and emerging trends in event planning
