Project Manager Events

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events, including budget and cost control
• Take ownership of individual project phases from concept development through to final reporting
• Independently execute small to medium-sized events
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and service providers
• Collaborate with the Brand Team to develop innovative event concepts and unique customer experiences
• Ensure high quality standards, excellent service levels, and proactive risk management

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a comparable field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in planning and executing large-scale events, preferably within an event agency
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain resilient under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a structured, forward-thinking way of working
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Familiarity with event management software and modern communication tools is an advantage
