Project Manager Events

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events, including budget and cost control support
• Independently manage individual project phases from conception to final reporting
• Execute small to medium-sized events independently
• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and service providers
• Support the coordination and development of project teams to ensure efficient workflows
• Collaborate with the Brand Team to develop innovative event concepts and unique customer experiences
• Ensure high quality standards and excellent service levels within assigned project areas
• Participate in proactive risk and resource management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Marketing/Communication, Event Management, or comparable training
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in large-scale event planning, preferably in an event agency
• Strong organizational skills, stress resistance, and ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication, assertiveness, and a structured, proactive way of working
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Familiarity with event management software and modern communication tools is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for new ideas and trends in event planning
