Project Manager Events

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events
• Assist with budget and cost control
• Take ownership of individual project phases from concept to final reporting
• Independently execute small to medium-sized events
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and service providers
• Contribute to the development of project teams and efficient workflows
• Collaborate with the Brand Team to develop innovative event concepts
• Ensure high quality standards and proactive risk management

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Communications, Event Management, or similar
• 3–5 years of professional experience in large-scale event planning
• Experience preferably within an event agency
• Strong organizational skills and resilience under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Structured and forward-thinking way of working
• Very good written and spoken English
• Familiarity with event management software is an advantage
