Project Manager Event Technology

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all AV media technology requirements
• Lead the technical planning, supervision, and execution of high-quality events
• Manage quotation processes, service provider coordination, and logistics planning
• Plan and achieve revenue targets for one or more hotel locations
• Coordinate personnel scheduling in alignment with regional management
• Ensure all event executions meet established quality standards

Requirements

• Training in event technology, event management, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in the event industry with a focus on AV media technology
• Sales-oriented mindset and a strong service mentality
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent German and good English communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of CAD software
