Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
• Manage project-level planning, including resource allocation, budgeting, risk assessment, and dependency management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels, including IT and business divisions.
• Define and assign deliverables while monitoring progress and quality across the project team.
• Drive risk, issue, and change control processes to ensure smooth transitions and timely resolutions.
• Report project progress clearly and regularly to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Agile delivery practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project management (software, infrastructure, or data management).
• Expertise in cost management, risk assessment, and resource planning.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Technical expertise and professional experience within the financial services industry.
• Strong ability to apply systems thinking to assess interdependencies across teams and processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with outsourcing partners and offshoring teams.
• Knowledge of digital business functions such as subscriptions, portals, CRM, or Identity and Access Management.
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMI.
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or Oracle Boards.
