Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions
• Track and manage project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensure projects meet deadlines
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Design and sign off on contracts
• Participate in tender processes including design, submission, and review
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Design risk mitigation plans
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff
• Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach
• Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management in manufacturing or software
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Thorough knowledge of modern Project Management tools like Jira
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-stress situations and multi-task
• BS/MS in a technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math) or comparable experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP)
• Experience in robotics, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, or developer APIs
