Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager and estimating in the creation of work plans and schedules
• Schedule and sequence day to day activities to ensure project objectives are met
• Create and maintain timely, orderly, and efficient project document flow
• Create, implement, and maintain site logistics programs
• Manage field teams to ensure high performance and progressive production
• Meet regularly with owners and designers to provide status updates
• Ensure all required permits and licenses are obtained and coordinate with inspection agencies
• Maintain positive relations and communication with all project stakeholders

Requirements

• At least five years of progressive experience in commercial construction supervision
• Experience with DSA, OSHPD/HCAI, Hospitality, or Life Science
• OSHA 30 certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam or Adobe
• Valid driver’s license and reasonable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel to jobsites as needed
