Project Manager - E&S - D365

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the Engineering & Supply division in India.
• Define project scope, success metrics, and phased rollout strategies including pilot and wave deployments.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans covering timelines, milestones, dependencies, and budgets.
• Establish governance frameworks, including Steering Committees, PMO cadence, and change control.
• Standardize business processes across contract management, project planning, resource management, and procurement.
• Oversee project accounting processes, including WIP, revenue recognition, and billing cycles.
• Partner with enterprise architects to deliver solutions across ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, and Project Systems.
• Drive data strategy, including data cleansing, migration, and reconciliation for project master data.
• Manage change management initiatives, including stakeholder mapping and role-based training.
• Manage System Integrators (SI) and software partners, ensuring delivery quality and milestone achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of professional project management experience.
• Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Extensive experience working within project-based business environments (e.g., EPC, engineering services, or manufacturing).
• Deep functional knowledge of project accounting, WIP, revenue recognition, and cost control.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors or System Integrators.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
