Project Manager ERP Transformation

Responsibilities

• Own a defined workstream scope within a project and drive it from plan to delivery
• Translate project goals into clear work plans, including milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Maintain reliable status reporting and communicate risks, blockers, and decision needs consistently
• Follow project governance routines and proactively raise issues with proposed solutions
• Collaborate with business, tech, and external partners to resolve dependencies and progress tasks
• Ensure workstream outputs meet defined standards and are properly documented for handover
• Capture learnings to improve templates, playbooks, and reusable assets

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in project delivery, operations, consulting, or a similar environment
• Strong ability to structure work and turn ambiguity into actionable plans
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
• High level of reliability, ownership, and follow-through
• Fluency in English and comfort working in an international setting
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to digital transformation, ERP, supply chain, finance, or enterprise platforms
• Experience with agile methodologies or basic testing concepts
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
