Project Manager, ERP Specialization

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Lead all phases of the ERP lifecycle, including business process mapping, requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, and UAT.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and vendor invoicing.
• Ensure seamless integration between the new ERP and existing legacy systems by working with technical architects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related communication and provide regular updates to steering committees.
• Drive user adoption through change management and the development of comprehensive training programs.
• Manage relationships, SLAs, and deliverables of third-party consultants and software vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience managing large-scale, full-lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Deep understanding of core ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance required for the defense sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP, including implementation and customization.
• Experience working within highly regulated or security-critical industries.
