Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and budgets
• Monitor project progress and address issues, risks, and changes
• Define project milestones, objectives, and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement strategies
• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes and conduct regular project audits
• Allocate and manage project resources including personnel, budget, and equipment
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
• PMP or Prince2 certification
• 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in supply chain industries
• Proven experience in planning, execution, delivery, and reporting
• Experience working with leadership and senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in oral and written business English

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Experience in logistics and supply chain projects
• Broader experience in risk and change management and structured governance
