Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance and report or escalate issues to management as needed
• Manage relationships with clients and all relevant stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or technical school
• 2+ years of experience in proposal coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience using JD Edwards
