Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of natural gas transmission projects from conceptual planning through construction support and closeout
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure alignment with client expectations
• Develop integrated project schedules considering engineering, routing, environmental studies, and permitting
• Lead preparation and quality review of routing studies, environmental reports, and FERC/NEPA documentation
• Guide siting and routing activities using data-driven constraints analysis and landowner engagement
• Manage environmental field studies across biological, cultural, wetlands, and hazardous materials disciplines
• Develop permitting strategies and manage approvals at local, state, and federal levels
• Support proposal development, including scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Build and strengthen relationships with pipeline operators, utilities, and regulatory agencies

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in natural gas transmission or midstream infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, planning, or a related field
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including FERC, NEPA, Clean Water Act, and ESA
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet
• Demonstrated success in proposal development and client engagement
• Willingness to travel for meetings, field visits, and stakeholder engagements
