Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage environmental permit processes according to Chapters 9 and 11 of the Environmental Code
• Act as the primary contact point for clients, colleagues, and subcontractors
• Manage project details, timelines, and administrative structures
• Coordinate people and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Provide support and expertise to colleagues on complex client inquiries

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in permit processes or documented experience with large, complex projects
• Deep knowledge of Chapters 9 and 11 of the Swedish Environmental Code
• Proven experience in project management, including managing people and subcontractors
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with administrative systems
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects without losing focus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with quarrying, recycling, or landfill operations
• Existing client relationships or a portfolio of projects
