Project Manager - Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering execution of large-scale projects in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilisers, and LNG sectors
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs in alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget
• Serve as the primary technical authority and interface for all engineering-related matters with clients
• Coordinate and integrate multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure consistency across project phases
• Drive effective planning, prioritization, and resource allocation to manage competing demands
• Identify, assess, and resolve technical challenges and conflicts proactively
• Support proposal development, including scope definition, cost estimation, and execution strategy planning
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards in all engineering deliverables

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in engineering project management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects for international and domestic clients
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
