Project Manager - Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead various engineering projects from NPI (New Product Introduction) through to mass production
• Monitor and report on overall project progress, performance, issues, and risk assessments
• Establish and report on project budgets, product costs, resource allocation, and planning
• Manage project timelines, costs, and development quality using technical expertise

Requirements

• Knowledge of HW systems, circuit design, and HW board manufacturing (circuit, PCB, SMT)
• Knowledge of mechanical structure, design, and mold manufacturing or experience in mechanical development and mass production management
• Deep understanding and experience with NPI processes
• Basic knowledge of software development processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations departments
• Flexible thinking to handle diverse product requirements and strict schedule management
• Strong multitasking and communication skills in both Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales or project operations related to logistics and factory SI
• Experience in sales for logistics robots (AGV, AMR) or factory automation solutions
• Experience in IT, autonomous driving, or robotics industries
