Project Manager - Energy

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the delivery of identified Capital projects with a focus on budget, schedule, and quality output
• Drive the management of project design development across the complete delivery lifecycle
• Manage stakeholders to ensure project timescales are met
• Procure and manage a diverse range of consultant expertise including Engineering Design, Environmental, and Quantity Surveying
• Manage project control, resourcing, service delivery, and payment certificates
• Manage production of project delivery plans, cash flow projections, and earned value analysis
• Oversee day-to-day management of construction service providers for capital projects
• Supervise project close-out activities, including commissioning and handover to Operations
• Support business development and assist in the production of bid documentation

Requirements

• Third level qualification in Engineering or a related Project Management discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large or multiple infrastructure/capital projects in the utilities sector
• Strong knowledge of project management and construction delivery best practices
• Proven ability to implement programmes and manage the supply chain
• Experience working within complex stakeholder environments
