Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution for large-scale corporate events, from design and development through to closing.
• Prepare and communicate technical production schedules, labor requirements, and project scopes to vendors and venue partners.
• Act as the primary onsite contact for clients, managing all phases of technical execution including load-in, run of show, and load-out.
• Monitor project scope and budgets to ensure successful, profitable execution and minimize external workforce spend.
• Partner with Sales and Operations teams to determine equipment needs and technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Lead and mentor technical teams onsite to ensure high-quality service and adherence to production standards.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of technical experience in Corporate Staging or the Broadcast industry.
• Strong technical background and familiarity with operational logistics.
• Proven experience with budget management and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Project Management.
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of technical diagram creation.
