Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, time, and budget
• Act as the primary technical project management interface between vendors, partners, and client project teams
• Manage project budgets, track expenditure, forecast costs, and report variances to the Head of PMO
• Plan and coordinate the allocation of internal resources and third-party vendors
• Use project management tools to track performance, schedule adherence, and project risks
• Escalate critical risks, blockers, and decisions to the Head of PMO in a timely manner
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior project managers and coordinators within the PMO
• Liaise with vendors to identify and resolve product deficiencies, bugs, and support requirements

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience managing IT, Cybersecurity, and IT Asset Management projects
• PMP Certification is required
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in both English and Arabic
• Proven track record of completing at least 3 large-scale projects in Cybersecurity, ITAM, or ITSM
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Zoho Project or MS Project
• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, cloud architecture, and IT/Networking integration
• Ability to work onsite in Riyadh and travel as required
