Project Manager - ELV (Data Center)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the installation and commissioning of ELV systems on construction sites
• Review and interpret ELV system designs, drawings, and technical specifications
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, costs, and quality
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ELV systems
• Ensure all ELV installations comply with local regulations and international standards
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5 - 7 years of experience in ELV systems and construction project management
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA, BMS, etc.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, BS, IEC)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
