Project Manager (Electronics Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of electronics-based projects from initial concept through to manufacturing and delivery
• Act as the primary bridge between the engineering team and stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met
• Manage project schedules and monitor costs to ensure projects stay within budget
• Identify technical and logistical bottlenecks early and implement contingency plans
• Ensure all electronics products meet industry standards such as CE and EMI/EMC compliance

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of work experience
• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, PCB assembly processes, and hardware testing protocols
• Ability to create Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and technical specifications
• Experience in sourcing electronic components and managing EMS relationships
• Ability to lead engineering teams and perform technical troubleshooting
• Excellence in translating technical jargon into business updates for executive leadership
