Project Manager - Electronic Security/Automation

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electronic security system projects.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with deadlines, scope, and technical requirements.
• Define technical requirements and specifications for systems including CCTV, automation, access control, intrusion, VMS, and sensors.
• Ensure integration and interoperability between various security subsystems.
• Verify that designs comply with national and international standards (IEC, EN, ISO, and private security regulations).
• Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of electronic security solutions.
• Supervise contractor work to guarantee the technical quality of installations.
• Control project budgets, costs, and financial deviations to ensure profitability.
• Define and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and operational incidents.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electronic Security and/or Automation project management.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong skills in budget management and financial project control.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other professional project management certifications.
