Project Manager Electrical Engineering Site Supervision

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the entire electrical engineering department of the respective construction project during site supervision
• Implement projects based on BIM models
• Ensure close cooperation with other specialist departments (architecture, structural engineering, HVAC) and external planners
• Manage the electrical engineering site supervision department with responsibility for costs and results
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal for climate-neutral planning and sustainable buildings

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or comparable training
• Long-term, relevant professional experience in electrical engineering site supervision for large-scale projects in Germany
• High willingness to travel
• Extensive knowledge of relevant approval and planning principles, laws, regulations, and standards
• Proficiency in software tools such as MS-Project
• Knowledge of Lean Management is an advantage
• Business fluent German (minimum C1 level)
• Strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality
