Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and implement electrical and automation technology investment projects at the Siggenthal cement plant.
• Manage the full technical scope, including medium voltage, MCCs, sensor technology, and automation via SIMATIC STEP 7.
• Oversee project costs, timelines, and quality management to ensure efficient execution.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to compare offers and participate in contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure strict adherence to contractor safety management processes during installation and commissioning.
• Act as an internal consultant for specialist departments regarding project execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a higher technical qualification.
• Proven experience in project management and leading industrial plant projects.
• Practical knowledge of SIMATIC STEP 7 and automation systems.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with economic considerations.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
