Project Manager Electrical and Automation

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute multidisciplinary projects within electrical and automation sectors
• Ensure project execution meets quality, time, and cost targets
• Maintain budget, result, and progress responsibility for assigned projects
• Contribute to bidding processes, cost estimation, and development of new business opportunities
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and technical resources
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality deliveries

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in electrical engineering, automation, cybernetics, or related fields
• 3 years of experience as a project manager, preferably within land-based industry
• Technical experience in electrical or automation systems
• Proficiency in Norwegian (C1 level) both oral and written
• Experience with project management, risk management, and contract/financial follow-up
• Ability to undergo security clearance and background checks

• Experience motivating and developing people in various technical roles
• Structured and methodical working style with a focus on results
• Commercial understanding of industrial projects
