Project Manager – eLearning Solutions

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from kickoff through delivery and closure
• Build and manage detailed project plans using Microsoft Project
• Define scope, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including instructional design, SMEs, and media teams
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and client stakeholders
• Provide regular status updates, forecasts, and reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in learning, training, eLearning, or content development
• Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Project
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional teams of 10–15+ members
• Solid understanding of scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in learning services or digital content environments
• Exposure to automation, AI-enabled workflows, or reporting tools
• Experience working with global or distributed teams
