Project Manager - Educativo

Responsibilities

• Execute and adapt the Customer Success strategy for Mexico City and the southern region, aligned with global guidelines.
• Monitor and take responsibility for key metrics including NPS, Churn, NDR, Growth, and Retention.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the regional Customer Success team (AMs and CSMs), managing their individual and collective objectives.
• Maintain direct relationships with key school accounts and conduct field visits to supervise service quality.
• Coordinate regional events, both in-person and virtual, to ensure success.
• Channel feedback from schools to the Product and Logistics teams to improve digital and editorial offerings.
• Ensure the regional team adopts global Customer Success processes, tools, and knowledge.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
• 1-2 years of experience leading or coordinating teams (supervisory or team lead roles).
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze business metrics and report regional progress.
• Minimum English level of B2.
• Availability to travel within Mexico City and the southern region of Mexico.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and empathetic relationship-management skills.

• Previous experience working within educational environments or the school sector.
