Project Manager, Education Team

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of Canva Education programs in partnership with the State Government, SCERTs, teacher training institutions, and local NGOs
• Serve as a key point of contact for field-level stakeholders including school administrators, DIETs, CRCs/BRCs, and master trainers
• Support planning and delivery of training programs for teachers, administrators, and implementation partners
• Collaborate with internal Canva teams to ensure smooth implementation and troubleshooting of product rollouts
• Track and report on adoption metrics, success stories, and program impact at the ground level
• Coordinate localization of content, resources, and communication for cultural and linguistic relevance
• Identify risks and implementation challenges early and flag them with mitigation plans
• Support day-to-day coordination with state education departments and facilitate reviews and planning meetings

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the K-12 education field, especially with government schools or large-scale programs
• Experience in coordinating or running edtech programs through NGOs, CSR, EdTech organizations, or government partnerships
• Strong grasp of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (spoken and written)
• Proven ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional, and remote teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
