Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for wireless and satellite communication systems.
• Oversee system-level design, including network topologies, protocols, and technology integration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define scope and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members regarding satellite and wireless technologies.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while proactively managing risks and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of technical project management experience within the wireless communication industry.
• Strong expertise in satellite communication systems, including LEO, MEO, and GEO networks.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Agile or Scrum Master certification.
• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience managing projects within a global or international context.
