Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning and execution to delivery
• Manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams effectively
• Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards
• Drive high-performing teams and ensure resource optimization
• Manage project budgeting, cost analysis, risk management, and quality control
• Handle vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and RFP processes

Requirements

• 8-10 years of IT project management experience
• Proven experience managing complex projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Expertise in CRM, Data Platforms, RPA, ERP implementations, and infrastructure
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the airline, travel, or banking industries
• Experience with retail POS systems
• Knowledge of security, audit, and risk management for critical systems
• Arabic language proficiency
• Valid UAE driving license and own car
• Program management and senior management reporting experience
