Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of games from concept to release and post-launch support
• Manage cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and artists
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones
• Manage and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within budget
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to align production with business objectives
• Conduct quality assurance checks and analyze player feedback

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in game production or a similar role
• Proven track record of delivering shipped games
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and production methodologies like Agile or Scrum
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with RNG mechanics and game mathematics
