Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution with accountability for cost, quality, safety, and schedule
• Prepare, present, and finalize project plans and budgets
• Drive effective planning and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely project milestones
• Oversee quality control and ensure customer satisfaction at the time of handover
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for drawings and technical discussions
• Mobilize manpower, materials, and resources as per project requirements
• Provide monthly project progress reports including timelines, deliverables, and cash flow requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management within a contractor or construction firm
• Hands-on experience working with petty and small contractors
• Prior experience in end-to-end residential development from piling to handover
• Minimum 4 years of experience in projects using Aluform / MIVAN shuttering technology
• Strong background in handling high-rise residential projects
• Experience in technical design coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Primavera (P6) or MS Projects (MSP)
• Strong command over MS Office tools
• Exposure to large-scale residential project management
