Project Manager Direct Mail Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of direct mail projects for assigned clients, including intake, documentation, timelines, work instructions, quoting, and invoicing
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production scheduling, estimating, data services, and creative
• Act as a client advocate within Operations to ensure work accuracy and quality
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer requirements and client process changes
• Create project plans, specifications, and job instructions for all necessary departments
• Monitor inventory and postage levels to prevent project delays
• Proactively communicate project status to clients and mitigate issues using escalation procedures
• Assist the Sales team with Statement of Work documentation as needed

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Bolingbrook, IL, with a schedule of 8:30am - 5:30pm (additional hours/weekends may be expected)

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience in print, direct mail, or marketing services
• Ability to learn and apply USPS regulations and policies
