Project Manager, Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the European AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and OKRs.
• Coordinate a portfolio of AI initiatives across functions such as R&D, Operations, Sales, Finance, and HR.
• Manage the European AI Academy to support role-based learning, training, and certification pathways.
• Facilitate the European AI Champions Network to encourage knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Collaborate with Global IT to support the adoption of platforms like ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Databricks.
• Define and track AI performance indicators, including tool utilization, business value, and productivity gains.
• Provide regular executive-level updates to the European Leadership Team regarding progress and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, digital transformation, or AI adoption within an international environment.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts such as large language models, copilots, and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI and data platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Databricks, ERP, or CRM).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project and program management skills, including risk management and KPI development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-driven environment.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and user adoption strategies.
• Experience supporting global workstreams or working across international teams.
